You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and that you are not legally prohibited from gambling due to self-exclusion, bankruptcy, court order, or any other legal restriction. You also confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
Each individual may register only one account on st189. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited. st189 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts without notice and forfeit any associated funds or winnings.
To register an account on st189, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information must match official government-issued identification documents (e.g., KTP Nasional for Indonesian residents). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify st189 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
st189 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and to protect your account from fraud. You will be required to submit the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of your first deposit may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. st189 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
st189 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, GoPay, DANA, and ShopeePay. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. st189 processes most withdrawal requests within 15–60 minutes during business hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on Indonesian public holidays (Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Indonesian Independence Day, etc.) may take longer.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. If you have claimed a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. st189 reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawals if fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms is suspected. In such cases, st189 may conduct a thorough investigation before processing the withdrawal.
All transactions on st189 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit via a payment method that uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount at their prevailing exchange rate. st189 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.
st189 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are not available to professional or syndicate bettors.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements). For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount thirty times before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly disclosed. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less.

Suspected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure.
Bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited if: (1) wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period; (2) you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements; (3) you violate any term of the bonus or these Terms & Conditions; or (4) st189 detects suspicious or fraudulent activity on your account.
All bets placed on st189 are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip carefully before confirming. st189 accepts no liability for bets placed in error. In the event of an obvious error in odds, st189 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
Sports betting is available on football (including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international matches featuring Timnas Indonesia), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and other sports. Bets are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be void unless otherwise stated in specific market rules.
st189 offers live betting on selected events. Odds for live bets change dynamically based on in-game developments. Due to transmission delays, there may be a brief lag between real-time action and odds updates on the platform. st189 reserves the right to reject or limit live bets if fraud or insider knowledge is suspected.

Draws occur daily at scheduled times (in WIB). If a draw is delayed, cancelled, or suspended by the issuing authority, all bets on that draw will be void and stakes refunded.
Sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) betting is available via live streams from licensed arenas in the Philippines, Thailand, and Cambodia. Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the arena referee. In the event of a draw, cancelled match, or "no result" declaration, bets will be void and stakes refunded unless specific market rules state otherwise.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. st189 does not guarantee winnings or profits. You use the platform entirely at your own risk. st189 is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of gambling activity.
st189 strives to provide continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, network problems, or circumstances beyond our control. st189 is not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, interruptions, or errors.
st189 relies on third-party payment processors, game providers, and data feeds. We are not liable for errors, delays, or failures caused by these third parties. If a game provider declares a result void or incorrect, st189 will adjust affected bets accordingly.
In no event shall st189's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the liability arose. st189 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, transaction, bonus, or any other matter, you must contact st189 support within 7 days of the disputed event. st189 will investigate all disputes in good faith and aim to respond within 48 hours during business days (WIB). Complex disputes may require additional time. st189's decision on any dispute is final and binding. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules or promotional terms, the specific rules take precedence for that particular matter. In all other respects, these Terms & Conditions govern.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining funds (subject to any applicable wagering requirements). Once closed, your account cannot be reopened, and any loyalty points, bonuses, or promotional benefits will be forfeited.
st189 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if: (1) you violate these Terms & Conditions; (2) we suspect fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; (3) you fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (4) you engage in bonus abuse or prohibited activities; or (5) we determine in our sole discretion that continuing your account poses a risk to st189 or other users.
Upon termination for cause, st189 may forfeit any funds, bonuses, or winnings in your account. If your account is closed voluntarily or without cause, you will be permitted to withdraw any legitimate funds (subject to verification and wagering requirements). st189 is not obligated to provide reasons for account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which st189 holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 10. You agree to waive any right to bring claims in any other jurisdiction or court, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of our licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanisms.
st189 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account and cease using st189.
